Who is the controller of personal data?

The personal data controller is FaceTech sro, Company ID: 10961950, VAT Number: CZ10961950, with its registered office at Křižíkova 213/44, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller").

What personal data do we process?

We process data that you provide to us, particularly via the contact/consultation form or e-mail:

  • first and last name (if you provide them),

  • e-mail,

  • phone,

  • the content of the message and other information that you provide to us.

 

When visiting the website, technical data (e.g. IP address, device/browser type, cookies) may also be processed - see the separate Cookies page.

Why and on what legal basis do we process data?

We process personal data in particular for the purpose of:

  • handling your inquiry/request, consultation and communication with you.

 

The legal basis for processing is:

  • the Administrator's legitimate interest in processing and recording inquiries and communicating with interested parties, or

  • negotiation of a contract (pre-contractual relationship), if your request is for the provision of services.

How long do we keep data?

We retain data from inquiries for the period necessary to process the inquiry and then usually for 12 months for record-keeping and follow-up communication purposes. If cooperation is established, some data may be retained for the period necessary to fulfill contractual and legal obligations.

Privacy Policy - the basics

Personal data may be disclosed:

  • hosting and website management providers,

  • providers of email services and communication tools,

  • or to providers of analytical and advertising tools (e.g. Meta and web analytics tools), to the extent of your cookie consent settings.

Transfer to third countries outside the EU/EEA

Some providers (e.g. advertising/analytics platforms) may process data outside the EU/EEA. In such cases, the processing is subject to appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) under the GDPR.

Your rights

You have the right:

  • request access to personal data,

  • to correct inaccurate data,

  • to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), if the conditions are met,

  • to restrict processing,

  • to object to processing,

  • data portability (if relevant),

  • withdraw consent (if processing is based on consent - typically for cookies/marketing).

Complaint to the supervisory authority

If you believe that the processing of personal data violates legal regulations, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority:

  • Office for Personal Data Protection (Czech Republic), or

  • Office for the Protection of Personal Data SR (Slovakia) (if it concerns you).
